Selway menu

As it turns out, it looks like we'll only be three nights on the Selway, for some reason I thought we were going to be four. So the menu gets simpler. As of now, it will tentatively be:

Day 1:
Breakfast: Dutch oven cinnamon rolls, bacon, juice, whatever anyone else wants to bring since we'll still be at Paradise.

Lunch: K-rab salad sandwiches, BLT's (fat chance), turkey roll-ups, pb&j, chips, cookies, watermelon.

Dinner: Grilled meats (shrimp, chicken, pork) on skewers with veggies, onion soup potatoes, strawberry shortcake.

Day 2:
Breakfast: French toast, sausages, cantaloupe.

Lunch: Roast beef, turkey, left-over meat sandwiches, sliced apples, cookies, chips.

Dinner: Lasagna, garlic bread, brownies with ice cream, green salad.

Day 3:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, English muffins, bacon.

Lunch: Roast beef, turkey, left-over meat sandwiches, sliced apples, cookies, chips.

Dinner: Enchiladas (chicken, crab, possibly veggie), roasted broccoli with a sweet chili sauce. Giant cookie with ice-cream.

Day 4:
Breakfast: Strata, English muffins.

Lunch: Whatever's left in the ice-chests.

I know I said we'd do the crab-cake thing, but with only three nights, that's the most complicated dish, so it gets dropped. I also said I'd post on the "shrimp fritter" and though I cooked it, it, in my opinion sucked. So that's off the table.

I of course want feed-back, and if anyone has any dietary issues, please let us know.
